comfortable hotel close to a bus station. variety of options, good food. comfortable bed, extremely spacious room with an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and a work desk. easy location; helpful staff. for tea or coffee visit market cafe vdara nearby.

We spent good time and did not want to leave there. Everything was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the guest room. the staff turned out to be friendly and excellent co-operating. the location of this hotel was excellent, being at a walking distance from downtown worked for us.

A good choice of meal options available. Comfortable bed in the guest room. the electronic key card, coffee/tea makers, and work desk were convenient. Excellent location near Piazza del Duomo, just a pleasant stroll away.

In my triple room, there was everything I needed - an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron. Plus, there was a bathtub which was a nice bonus! .

Free parking and valet service available, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, great central location for exploring the city by foot, breakfast offers a wide variety of options, complimentary coffee and tea provided.

The location was perfect for exploring Bursa on foot. Comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Free coffee, tea, and an amazing breakfast selection. Appreciated the free room upgrade and parking availability.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, located in the heart of the city where all the attractions within walking distance. You can find everything you need nearby, from shopping malls to public transport, which made it very convenient to explore. the breakfast was decent with a good selection of food to choose from and the staff were friendly.
The cleanliness was a concern, with poorly cleaned rooms and damp smells in the bathroom.
